La Quinta Inn and Suites by Wyndham Cincinnati North

Attendant was somewhat friendly. Old but clean rooms. Now... elevator not working, some kind of remodeling going on that impide the use of the breakfast launch. Supposedly included hot breakfast but only continental breakfast was offered from a different room and without tables, so you eat at your assigned room. All stuff might be understandable with communication prior to reservation. But the fact is that there were no communication at all. So we found out about all that when we arrived. And if canceled, then we were gping to be charged a booking/cancelation fee. I guess making that money and getting a bad review is more valuable that being upfront with the customer. I like La Quinta, and stayed in several ones along the years. This one doesn't stand side by side with any other I stayed a

For some, this may be helpful, but the elevator was out of service this past Thanksgiving weekend. It did not affect me as I had a ground floor room. Room was nice and clean. Great location and Roosters restaurant less than a 5 minute walk. Jungle Jim's International Market is about 4 miles away on Ohio State Route 4 North. I highly recommend going there. Hotel doesn't have a pool (not indoor nor outdoor) but OK with me. Breakfast was very good!!

Positive: Make sure the linen is clean. Change the toilet seats and reseal the bath tub. Negative: Staff at the front desk was helpful!The cleanliness of the room was very disappointing. I will not return for the price, the quality was terrible!

The room was clean, the staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was fine. I'm not sure what people expect with all the bad reviews. This place was fine! The showers were hot and the water pressure was strong. The location was perfect for us, so we will be staying here again 😁

The non-smoking room reeked of stale cigarette smoke. Things didn’t feel very tidy. The shower did have really good water pressure and the check-in/out process was easy.
