LivINN Hotel Cincinnati / Sharonville Convention Center

I would say the hotel is nice and affordable. There was some nose from the kids running down the hall. The breakfast was also decent. The room has this dark ambiance with the light on, which I thought was funny bc it was still dark in there, maybe replacing the light bulb? I had to turn the main light off and use the lamps. Other than that, nice stay!

My stay at LivvInn was exceptional! The room was emaculate, housekeeping very professional and friendly, the front desk associate and Managers were remarkable, great customer service all around!! I enjoyed my stay so much I booked another day. I give it a 10 out of 10 Keep up the outstanding work everyone!! Check in was quick. The room was clean. Breakfast was warm and varied a bit from day to day. Always seemed staffed. Seems like a pretty clean place & I would come back again. I like a lot more water pressure in the shower... heating & cooling seemed a bit touchy along with the refrigerator in the room. Still nice place for a stay.

Positive: I am absolutely sure that this hotel in Cincinnati has some of the best management staff in the world. Each one that assisted me was personable, helpful and engaging as if I was family visiting the area. Negative: I had to request some toiletries so I'd suggest adding lotion but they were the BEST.

Location was great, due to the convention being right next door..We were on the 2nd floor, and all night long, beating and pounding was coming from the room above us. We considered asking to be moved rooms, but it seems the entire place was full and ready to party. I was jump scared awake by kids screaming and yelling running down the hallways around 1130, midnight. This is not a place you go to for rest..also, the carpet was tackey..like it had been soaked in a cleaner that never fully dried. Had to pay an upfront deposit, that was never returned, and its been a month. Neither one of us smoke, and I pre-cleaned the room as we left so I know it wasnt left a mess. On a postive note, the staff was so sweet and friendly..but we will find somewhere else to stay next time.
