Extended Stay America Suites- Cincinnati - Springdale - I-275

Amazing stay with an amazing staff. My family and I had been homeless for about 3 years and every other hotel we've stayed at has screwed us over and did everything to legally push us out. The Extended Stay had been very accommodating and made things comfortable. The residents were kind and quiet. The location met all our needs, everything was in walking distance. If it wasn't for them, we might of never gotten back on our feet. Whether it be for vacation or temporary living space, this hotel is a definite first choice.

The price is right. The staff is friendly. The rooms are livable, but expect maintenance issues throughout. Broken light fixtures. Broken bath/shower adapter. Rust covering the front of refrigerator door. And what's the deal with shoveling your walks after a snowstorm? Have you never seen snow before? We were there during and after a 10" snowfall. For 5 days after snow fell, there was zero effort to shovel the walks. The parking lot did get cleared, but snow accumulated on the walks was never shoveled. Seriously, buy yourself some snow shovels and pay someone to clear your walkways. It's a safety hazard! Attached is a photo taken 4 days after the snow. If you're curious, we shoveled a path on the walkway near our room. The motel did nothing.

We have been at this location since 8/14/21. The hotel has went through a change in Management and Staff which the New Management and Housekeeping have turned the Environment, Clientele and Cleanliness of the Rooms around dramatically for the Better!!! If your looking for a comfortable, safe, clean and convenient place to stay I would highly recommend!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE - NO BUENO. My room had bed bugs and cock roaches. The bed bugs bit my legs and now itch like crazy. They should make the owners of Extended Stay CEO @Greg Juceam rent a room for a few days and maybe they will clean this property up. The front desk staff were nice until I wanted a refund and then had to battle it out with Expedia. Thankfully they refunded me as I had pictures to back up my claim.
