A great quality for the price. The room was clean and comfortable and the manager was super nice and helpful. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an affordable place to stay in Decatur.

It was a good stay with a good price. The location is very convenient and the staff were very accomodating.

Why such negative reviews? Was very clean, updated, staff was great and it was overall a good experience. For the price per night, you can't expect a 5 star hotel. We are in this area every year during the month of August and this was our first stay here. We will return. Could it be better? Yes, but it wouldn't reflect on our decision. Bed was very comfortable and it was quiet. It's not amidst shopping or restaurants but those are available very close.

What you would expect in an older building. However, this really was a very clean and comfortable unit. Couple of things... sink was clogged up - fixed it. Had to put a $20 deposit on top the $90 rent which i thought was a bit high on a regular week night. At check out, the lady behind the camera said ill be right back. She went to check the room. Came back and said it.was filthy! 😆 remote was on the bed and the battery was out. If it had a back to it, that would have happened. Anyway, she tried to take it all. After several minutes back and forth we agreed on $10. Don't have to worry about my $ anymore. Could have stayed almost anywhere in Decatur for $100 night

I’ve stayed here for several weeks now. It’s just your basic accommodations without any amenities but I found the staff to be helpful and friendly. Room was clean. Dated yes but the bed was very comfortable. For a short time stay it is very adequate
