Holiday Inn Express & Suites Decatur by IHG

Room was not quiet at all. I asked for the quiet side of the hotel. I was put up agenst the road where all I head all night was cars. Time to update the mattress, its very sunk in on one side other side lumpy, bathroom has busted caulk in the shower with mold, sheets have a brown dingy look , like they are used up not bleached. I am a diamond member but certainly will not be visiting this location again. For the price I feel ripped off.

Everything was good except for the room had a musty smell. Also on the last day the tub clogged up and was standing in ankle deep water taking a shower

The entire experience was a 9.98 in my opinion. The rooms were clean. The service was great and having breakfast start at 5:30 am, was awesome for us that have to go to work for 6:30 am. The only issue I has was with the flood lights out front on the building. I understand why they are there, but they shine a light all the way around the window shades in the rooms that face them, mine. I would consider adding blackout curtains to those rooms. It was difficult to get to sleep with that light. All in all, I would stay again. Bobby

Hotel was clean and quiet. Beds were not very comfortable and the air conditioner unit made a racket all night. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was standard for IHG and met expectations. Spent one night to break up a long road trip

Nice clean room with a great location on a major road near areas for dining and shopping. Service was good as well.
