The new updated rooms are nice and the beds are slightly better but definitely make sure you do a good stretch before and after sleeping. Lol. The place is clean with friendly, helpful workers. It is also within walking distance to some eateries and stores as well. Very easy to get in and out of with parking for large vehicles and trucks. Just be aware that it can get hard to see westbound traffic getting out of the parking lot due to all the vehicles parked along the street

Terrible check-in experience Kyle at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. He was loud, dismissive, and acted like he owned the property. Even though my reservation was already fully paid through Hotels.com, he insisted I had to pay again and told me to contact Hotels.com about a “virtual card.” Right after arguing with me, he checked in another guest and told them no payment was needed. To make things worse, the room keys he gave me didn’t work. When I came back, he casually said, “Oh, the keys are old,” and replaced them. Disorganized, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Avoid this hotel.

Good place to stay , very clean , conveniently located within walking distance to down town plenty of restaurants close by and the state beach . Very friendly staff.

I had to wait over an hour to check in at midnight with a baby in the car due to the receptionist’s confusion and incompetence. He clearly did not understand how to do his job.

Bad experience for me personally. I specifically requested a street level room as I have difficulty climbing stairs, especially with a suitcase. When we arrived, they were unable to process a credit card transaction and requested cash. We didn’t have enough cash for two nights. I had made the reservation on Booking.com. We had to call booking and get it canceled, and I had to pay cash for the first night. When we got to the room, my travel companion discovered there was a puddle of water between our two beds. Not only that, the floor seemed dusty and had pet hair on it. They moved us to another room, and the sheets smelled sour.
