Studio 6 New Braunfels, TX

Positive: Nothing Negative: It was dirty, hallways smelled like urine. Rooms were gross.

ROACHES! ROACHES! If you like having crawling friends greet you, then this place is perfect. Honestly, it could really be a good place if it was cared for. There is no room service that cleans the rooms or brings towels. We stayed here 3 nights, and I was terrified all 3 nights. Let's not even forget to mention the beds. The floor would have probably been better, but I rather deal with the hard bed than having bugs crawl on me. All in all, never again. I don't care if there was a motel 6 that had a 5 star rating, I'm not staying there.

Booked this place online after looking at bookings and Priceline they both show some really great pictures of this place and all it amenities that were offered. Buyer beware those pictures don’t tell the truth. Staff needs some training in customer service and the proper way on how to clean. They did not seem to have any pride in their work! Pool was not working according to staff, room was supposed to have a coffee maker in room, but did not, floors in room were filthy, found bugs in the bed and bathroom. The room had an odor, dog feces all over sidewalk outside our room. The other guests that were staying here looked very questionable. Did not feel like the best and safest place to stay, There are a lot of better places to stay at the same price that we had to pay.

If I could give zero stars I would! This place is infested with roaches, they were crawling on the walls, on the furniture, all in the bathroom. It was disgusting, when we called the front desk they said the most they could do was move us to another room but couldn’t guarantee there wouldn’t be roaches in that one. They also said they couldn’t refund our money. It was so bad we couldn’t even stay and we had to be sure to shake off all of our bags because roaches were crawling on them. The photos attached are only a few of the ones we saw more where found crawling on the fridge and on the door and on the nightstand directly next to the bed.DO NOT STAY HERE!

Receptionist was nice but the rooms were terrible. We checked into one and room had a puddle of water coming from the AC. Vent was disgusting. It was black from moisture. So we asked to be moved to another room which then had roaches crawling once we turned on the lights. So when I went to ask for another room they said they only have the puddle room available so she cleaned up the puddle and just placed towels under the AC. I Still felt uncomfortable because of the vent so I cleaned it myself because I didn't want my boys breathing it in. Then still had a couple roaches crawling around. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE STAY HERE.
