Horrible place. Very dated and dirty. Smells like wet dirty dog, lots of dog’s hair everywhere. Don’t ever stay here. Wish we had other hotel options available in this area to have couple of hours of good sleep. Who gave this place 4.4 star rating???
All of these positive reviews have to be fake. Room was absolutely disgusting. Dirt and debris everywhere, no hot water, and hair in my bed. Absolute embarrassment.
I want to be very clear that the STAFF at this location is really lovely. They were extremely friendly and always available. Every complaint I have about this hotel is at an administrative level. This hotel REEKS. Yes, it is a dog friendly hotel, but the smell is really overpowering. The entire building needs new carpet and a deep clean. It's not just a dog smell either, there is definitely stale cigarette smoke in there despite being a non smoking building. The price was also ridiculous. I understand we paid a premium because it was GenCon weekend, but almost $600 for an extremely run down room with an uncomfortable bed and big dogs barking on either side of us was really upsetting. Thankfully we were gone most of the time at the convention, but by the third day all of our clothes smell
I love to stay here with my family .Very safe and clean apartments they have .
I was in town for a funeral, the location was ideal and centralized around my family. I drove 700 miles and they did accommodate me as a walk in. Staff was nice. However, the hallway smelled like wet dogs, carpet was in bad shape. I walk into my room to see dead roaches, crawling roaches. Turned on the heater to smell burning roaches. I went down to the Service Desk to ask for a air freshener spray and explained why, they also gave me the spray. The floors were dirty, trim coming off the shelf on the wall. The Manager said she has the pool open from 9am-9pm, it was never opened. I had nowhere to go as I paid all my funds for a three night stay there. I explained everything to the GM the next morning and told her that I would have to check out and just drive home after the funeral 8pm . Big
