Studio 6 Extended Stay - Kissimmee, FL - Orlando

Bad area left during the middle of the night. No drop box or any way to drop the keys. Not clean. Area is very questionable. Will not stay there again!

Absolutely Great Location!!! We travel 🧳 often... Staff check in great! Staff for reprogramming of key when the programming failed great. Rooms were clean with the acception on the floor. Apparently these maids never heard of a mop? But that seems to be a common issue in budget rooms, budget locations, pet friendly rooms ect ect. Neighbors were polite but some can come across as sketchy activities. But... We just said hello minded our P's and Q's let the kids here pet outlr dog and went on our mary way. Would I stay here again... Sure. Would I enjoy it and be excited about it, no. For the price it was worth it. We had clean bedding, no bugs, little kitchenette.

This place is disgusting and should be shut down. The hotel staff has no sense of urgency and is completely unprofessional. I arrived at the hotel a'little after 3pm when check in started only to be told my room was not ready. There was a couple already in the front office requesting a different room because of bugs in their room. I ended up waiting an additional 3 hours just to get a room. I reserved a "smoking" room but was put in a non smoking room. When I asked why I wasn't getting a smoking room, the manager said there were none available but when my friends finally got to check in, they were given a smoking room. The second day, my toilet wouldn't flush. My husband discovered this at 630am and went to the front office to report the issue, but the front office was closed and no ones

Worst place EVER!!!! Got a room for new years and didn’t even stay. Checked in at 4 but we didn’t get into the room until about 10. All we were able to do was shower because as soon as we started to relax roaches started coming out of EVERYWHERE!!!!!!!!! It was so bad to the point that we tried moving the beds away from the walls but that didn’t stop them getting onto the bed and even climbed on myself and my kids! We tried going to the office to let them know but nobody was in the office and it was closed. I had no other choice to pack up my things with my kids and sleep in my car! I had to wait for the morning to let them know I even called corporate because I could not get ahold of anybody in the office. At first this place wasn't too bad once you get past the roaches, dirty rooms, dirty linens, paper thin walls and the extremely disrespectful management. Not to mention there is dog poop EVERYWHERE, that's all you smell all around the property. Not even the people that work here pick up after their animals. But ever since the many many paving companies showed up "corporate" decided to price gouge the heck out of everyone from about $430/week to about $650/week. That's over $3,200/month, absolutely ridiculous. This place is NOT worth that much money. And they say that they keep the guests informed about the pricing but you don't find out about the price hikes until you go to the office to pay. Absolutely ridiculous, will never stay at another motel/studio 6 again.
