Studio 6 Extended stay Indianapolis, IN - North Carmel

I stayed at Studio 6 Extended Stay near Keystone at the Crossing and I’m genuinely grateful for how I was treated here. My rate was only $45/night, and for what I received, that value is hard to believe. Tina and Matt went above and beyond to make sure the room was cleaned and ready for me, and you could tell they worked their tails off to get everything right. The room is extremely accessible for my mobility needs, the bed and linens were bright white and truly clean, and the shower was amazing: strong water pressure and hot water that stayed hot for a long time. I never once felt it turn cold. What meant the most, though, was the kindness. They helped carry in my desktop PC and made sure I had a good place to set it up, which mattered a lot because I’m dealing with stroke-related limit

I have enjoyed my stay for the past 2 months.Charlotte and her staff are very helpful to your needs and safety they keep the area quiet and peaceful. If there is a need or problem they take care of it this is definitely a great location. Some of the locations you cannot rest well but here I have been able to rest and I am grateful for that.

Studio 6 staff was truly amazing. Keisha and Tina helped accommodate me after Expedia.com messed up my reservation and made my check in process go smoothly! The room is clean and the area is amazing! Thank you so much!

My husband and I stayed here for several months. The brick building is in a nice location, a walkable neighborhood, and is well kept. With all the comings and goings, Charlotte, the manager, certainly has her hands full. Fortunately, she's pretty fearless, which she has to be, and good at her job. Any problems were addressed quickly and efficiently. Our room was very peaceful (please note that it doesn't come with utensils, pots, etc). If you follow the rules, pay rent on time, and allow for some inconsistencies in housekeeping (a lot of turn around in employees), you'll be happy here! Thanks to the all of the staff for taking care of us!

My friend booked two rooms yet was kicked out after one night. She had an apartment fire and had her dogs and nowhere to go and the lady (being generous with the term) helping her had the balls to tell her "it's not my problem that your apartment burned down" and deactivated her card and wouldn't hold her door open to help her carry her stuff out to her car without getting locked out of her room so she couldn't make multiple trips to load her car. This person should be fired. No excuses to have someone like that on staff at a customer service role. Period.
