Studio 6 Apartments

If you need a place to stay it's decent. Nice to have a hotel with full kitchen. They do have a $100 dollar deposit that they say is refundable. I stayed a month with three kids because we are homeless and trying to relocate. When we checked out they went in the room to check it. They picked at the smallest thing and refused to give us the money back. Photos of how the room looked when I checked out

So I booked a stay here without reading the reviews. I read them as i was on the way here and it was too late to cancel. I will admit i was nervous after reading the reviews i found here. Although, everything completely changed once we arrived. The office staff was extremely friendly and made us feel very comfortable! They upgraded us to a two bed two bath apartment, but charged us the same price as the room we had originally reservered. I can say though that the only reason i knew we would need a $100 CASH ONLY deposit up front is because of reading the other reviews, but we had no problem paying that i just was not informed of this prior to arrival by the staff. If I could leave a zero star review I would. I'll begin with check-in, I made my reservation with United, so that I could earn airline miles. I paid for the room online, and when I arrived on the property they demanded a $100 cash deposit. I do not travel with that much cash for security purposes, and I told them I was not warned of this requirement and would like to cancel. They told me they could not refund me because it was after 6 pm. I asked if I could pay with credit card and they were reluctant but did it. Then I went to check into the room, and when I walked in the room was visibly dirty, I began taking pictures of the room, and inspecting it. 1st let me say the pics on the website makes you think this is a nice place to stay. We had stayed at the Motel 6 in Catoosa OK but then saw this place that looked ok and had a very affordable price so decided to try it. Thats when the adventure began! ||Went to check in and lets just say the overnight person has some issues. He was nice enough, friendly enough but he was bouncing off the walls, couldnt hold his hands still, it was very obvious he was high on something (assuming Meth),. he had a hard time holding still long enough to get the room card punched into the machine for us. Great quiet extended stay. They stay booked up for a reason, y'all. Love the apartment styled layout of the place. I only have one complaint from my entire stay and that would be that their water heaters must be TINY because I couldn't even take longer than a 5 minute shower without running out of hot water. Aside from that, everything was great, the maintenance man I dealt with was a total sweetheart and the front desk manager was lovely and always super helpful.
