The rooms are under par for sure, but we got what we paid for. While the condition of the rooms is questionable, to say the least, it served it's purpose. What is most important for us was the outstanding customer service we received during the busy Valentines day weekend when my significant other failed to book one extra day. The front desk staff made sure that we were taken care of, even negotiating a decent below advertised rate, though they were fully booked. It was much appreciated and we had a phenomenal weekend 🤗 Side note: The pool looked amazing and clean, but we didn't get an opportunity to indulge... next time.

It's a great stay. Vast pool and spavious sites. Wonderful for people on budget to be accomidated in huge suites, big beds, furnished with home and business necessities, the good old original furniture and mattresses. The hotel is ran by a wonderful educated respectful family, from cousins to brothers are super attentive and want you well. Thank you Sejal for making us feel warmly welcomed, me and the lady neighbours appreciate how you helped us to make us feel the hotel is a second home.

The room was disgusting. I was staying here with my kids and I was appalled at the condition. It felt dirty and gross to be here. The TV wouldn't turn on, half the outlets didn't work, overall it was a terrible experience. Unfortunately it was our only option for the night if we didn't want to spend $400. Will never stay here again. The front desk person was friendly and it is conveniently located for our needs. Other than that a complete dump.

I have a wonderful stay at this location. The Front Desk staff was very professional and extremely friendly. The Lady has such a kind and caring spirit. She was very professional. I would recommend this location to anyone that enjoys spacious rooms and full ammenties. Good job!!!

The room was disgusting. We wouldn't sit on the furniture without a sheet covering it. The hotel employees were incompetent . They said one of the guests used all the ice but neither ice machine was on . They probably didn't work.
