We booked through booking.com. Our townhouse was beautiful, it had a lovely pool, plenty of spaceto spread out the family, up front parking. We had a full kitchen that was well stocked with utensils, dishes, and appliances. There was even a blender which I wasn't expecting. Our beds were comfortable, the home was clean, the pool was clean. My husband and I would love to be "snow birds" when we reach old age and own a townhouse just like this one. There was one odd thing. There was a door with a sign that said not to open it, and in doing so would cause you to be charged an extra $100. I thought that was a little sus.
I’ve stayed at air bnbs here twice and had a great time with the family. We have 4 kids and it’s a great option. Now it can get busy and packed but it’s never been too bad that we didn’t have fun. The drinks/bartenders were good and nice. They have small bar/kid food that’s pretty decent and takes about 20 min. The place is clean and they stay on top of it from what I’ve seen.
I truly enjoyed my stay. I stayed in a 4 bedroom. I loved the kitchen and the pool area. The pool isn’t as big but it was a decent size and safe for kids. I also loved the room that was Harry Potter themed…so neat. It was quiet & relaxing for the most part. Some folks did party or you know outside having fun but I mean they are on vacation so why not :)
Rented a villa on this resort last two years, the first on the original resort the second on a newer development called something like The Cove at Storey Lakes. Very handy for Disney, 20 minute drive that avoids toll roads, the I4 and the 192. Walmart, Target and Publix all only a short drive away, you are 5 minutes from the 192 and all it's restaurants. Vinelands Outlets is a 10 minute drive up the 535 where you can join the I4 to go to Universal Studios. We will definitely rent at the location again.
The villa had enough room for our group, a well-equipped kitchen, and it was nice to have a pool available. However, several serious issues made our stay very disappointing. When we arrived, all the carpets were completely wet, creating a humid environment and a clear health hazard. The pool was not heated. After booking, we were told that heating the pool required 48 hours’ notice and an extra fee—yet the property’s name includes “heated pool,” which is very misleading. We booked through Marriott, and nothing mentioned any additional charge. On the second night, I saw a small roach on my bed, which was terrifying and unacceptable. Although the home is advertised for 8 people, the provided supplies were not sufficient for that number. And for a two-night stay, more than one small set of
