Stonebridge Village condominiums

So very thankful for this wonderful place. We are here visiting an ill relative and got stuck in the weather. It's not just the comfortable lodging. It's also spotlessly clean and the staff have been so kind and helpful. From the front desk to the maintenence man to the people at the gates and everything in between this place has been absolutely amazing!

Front desk lady was very nice, same with the security guards. Priced pretty fairly. Most resorts of this caliber have indoor pool and/or hot-tub, not here unfortunately, would add lots of value. Location is ok, need a car to go anywhere, nothing within walking distance besides the clubhouse/grille. Hot water can't fill Jacuzzi, had to heat water on stove. Our villa was spacious, clean & comfy, super comfortable beds! Slept great! Could use some blackout curtains & better toilet paper. We would stay here again but request a unit with better hot water access.

This was our 1st stay at this resort, which is within a large gated community. Check-in was easy, with the process being communicated well with us prior to arrival. The resort is about 2 miles from Silver Dollar City, which we visited on 2 days during our week-long stay at the resort. We enjoyed being in Reeds Spring (the town/community in which the resort is located) instead of in often-crowded Branson. Driving along SR 76 into Branson was fun and not at all difficult. While the location of the resort is a great asset, our unit is in sore need of being updated. The furniture and decor are beyond tired. However, everything in our unit was clean and the appliances worked well. For us on this stay, the location and accessibility to everything we wanted to visit in the area trumped all other

Check in, stay, location, and security was all fine. The main and only issue we ran into was that the air conditioning was not working in one unit and sort of worked in the second. At 10 oclock at night the temp was at or above 80 degrees. We set it to 71 and the air never came on nor did the fan work. We called for service and had someone come out the first two days. They said it was fixed but never worked. No one came after the second day. We were never offered to move to another unit. Upon check out I spoke with the manager and no compensation was offered. Just vouchers for money off shows. (We were checking out.) This was unit 747. Just a heads up.

If you’re considering booking a stay here, I would strongly advise against it. The photos featured on the website are not an accurate representation of the current conditions of the property. The pool area, including the kiddie section and the “waterfall” feature, was in very poor condition — the water was dirty, there was minimal water in the pool, and the surrounding patio furniture was filthy and unkempt. We stayed in a two-bedroom condo, which offered ample space, but the furnishings were heavily worn, stained, and in need of deep cleaning or replacement. The carpeting was dirty, stiff underfoot, and long overdue for a thorough cleaning. Overall, the unit appeared dated and in need of a full renovation. There was visible mold under the kitchen cabinets, and many surfaces felt sticky
