⭐ 1 Star – Absolutely Disgusting! Avoid at All Costs! This has to be one of the worst and nastiest hotels I have ever stayed in my life. We had the room booked for the weekend, but we only lasted one night. That should say it all. The air conditioner never cooled the room down—it was miserable. I was dripping in sweat all night. The floor felt so weak and unstable with every step, we honestly thought we were going to fall through it. It’s shocking and honestly embarrassing that a city like Branson even allows a place like this to operate. We couldn’t believe the condition of this place. Old, dirty, and just straight-up uncomfortable. We checked out as fast as we could. Do NOT stay here, y’all. This place is disgusting. Period.

I stayed here because I was hoping to get away from all the panhandlers in Branson who harrass you on the sidewalks anymore, who live in all the local motels there. But this place was just gross. I liked that it was close to Silver Dollar City, but I'm pretty sure some of the vagrants live here as well. I almost ran over 3 extremely dirty very small kids playing in the parking lot. They were in front of a room with an open door and had a BBQ grill out front that looked like it was there all the time so Im pretty sure they lived there. The lobby stank, but since the staff were east indian it could have been some of the spices they use in their food. I stayed on the back side and gosh......broken down vehicles up on jacks in front of the rooms and very dirty looking people hanging

Max who runs the hotel maybe he owns it I don't know. He's a nice guy I like the way he thinks. Now it was the cheapest room we could find. There is no longer any weekly or monthly rates. Those people have moved out. Just take a look at the rooms first. Think about how little you are paying compare to the other hotels at the same time of year. We have stayed there multiple times. And I believe the hotel is improving. Once again at $40 out of season with two beds and away from Branson Missouri traffic. Face it Branson Missouri has traffic year-round. This place is close to silver Dollar City. There was no room service out of season. What you want it to exchange down to the lobby. The walls are thinner it's an older hot

Awful... Stratford house 10 times nicer and cheaper... extremely dirty floors... runs down... stain bedding... bare subsistence... wish I had slept in my truck and not wasted my money...

I do not recommend this place. First of all, it's in poor condition; it smells horrible from the moment you walk in. It's worth noting that I rented two rooms, and one of them hadn't even been cleaned. It had dirty towels from the previous tenant, and the smell of sweat was perceptible on the bed. To top it all off, we left with multiple bedbug bites all over our bodies. Extremely irresponsible. This place should be shut down due to its conditions.
