Stevens Motel

I needed a last minute place to stay as my other hotel was booked for that night and I arrived a day early. I booked it through Orbitz. When I arrived, there was no one in the office. I called the number on the window of the office and got no answer, and their voicemail is not setup, so there was no way of leaving a message. Ended up having to book another hotel. Getting a refund from this place has been a nightmare. I sent numerous emails and made calls. Finally, got someone on the line who said he escalated the issue and I would receive an email, which I am still waiting for.

Beware. |This place is price gauging. I tried to book a room over Priceline and then called the motel and when the person on the line quoted me a much higher rate, he went back and forth with me trying to book the room over the phone and I decided I didn't want to do it over the phone because I couldn't hear him properly. He asked me if I entered the dates correctly. It felt like scammy. By the time I got off the phone with him, the prices jumped online and now I have to sleep in my car.

Giving 5 stars for hospitality alone. Needing a place to stay for a couple weeks and the owner showed me around and made sure I was happy before renting. Zero tolerance for BS. They definitely make it feel safe compared to similar places. It’s a motel at the end of it but I highly recommend this place if you’re BS free!

great location and the check in was easy and friendly. Also very clean and did not have any odor. Thanks for the accommodation

So beautiful of a place it was peaceful accept the gun shots that were fired. The motel had minor flaws with some bed bugs, roaches, and crusty wet mold. I would recommend over a holiday inn or Hampton inn definitely worth it.
