Great family run Resort. Fuel at the dock and boat rentals. A gem in the north !! The staff is always so friendly. We love the place!!

Wonderful setting and so many smiles and laughs. We have had family reunions four times and so much fun together. Great hospitality. Love to wake up and enjoy the view. Look forward to next year

This is my happy place! The family-owned and family-friendly atmosphere, and the care and attention by the owners is first class! Cozy, clean cabins and fun on the lake all day! The water sports and boat rides, cooking on the grill, s’mores by the fire pit, games in the lodge, the breathtaking sunsets and starry nights, and all the natural sights and sounds of Leech Lake make me feel renewed and refreshed, and I come back home always wishing I could have stayed longer. It’s a dream for this city girl to escape to the simple life of Steamboat Bay to be with my family from near and far. Thank you!

Best time ever, close to Itasca State Park, Akeley, Walker and Bemidji. Service was impeccable, rooms exceptional. Already booked for next year

Everything was just ok... the cabin was not clean, cobwebs everywhere, and an overall grime on all dishes and cupboard doors. The beach was ok after we removed weeds and shells, could only go out about 3 feet till you hit massive weeds. The boat slips and docks were pretty run down with missing boards and multiple tripping hazards. Owners were friendly and attentive but what we got compared to the website and reviews was defiantly not worth the extra $1250 we were charged for the 4th of July week. The whole resort needs a good clean up and attention to detail.
