Big Rock Resort

Everything was great about this place!! Paul was awesome & the cabin was perfect. We didn't catch any fish, but we sure had fun anyways! We'll likely be coming back next winter!

Leech Lake is a beautiful lake full of walleye, pike and crappies. We saw schools of them on the fish finder. We just couldn't figure out what they wanted to bite on. Nevertheless, our party had a great time. Big Rock is very clean. Very quiet and has anything a fisherman would need. They will even clean the fish for you. We didn't need that service this time but still had fun playing cards and cooking out. The beds are very comfortable too. Will be back when the fish are biting.

Had a great first trip to Big Rock this past week. After 30+ years since my last trip to Leech Lake I was excited to give this place a try. Everyone was so incredibly friendly and helpful. From the resort management to the dock staff, everyone was just fantastic. Would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a great fishing resort on Leech Lake.

Great Resort,One of the nicest on Leech Lake.This is our third year coming to this resort and have enjoyed our stays at this pet friendly resort.The resort has a beautiful boat harbor and very well maintained grounds around the resort. Very well kept,clean modern cabins with all the amenities.Ray the manager and the staff make you feel very welcome quests at the resort.

The owners are magnificent, very accommodating. I reserved a cabin online, super easy process. The cabin was cheaper then we anticipated and we didn't have to pay until we checked out. So much fun stuff to do there especially for kids, pool and spa were great. The cabins were quaint, comfy, rustic and just what I was looking for. The cabins would get a bit chilly in the morning as I don't think the heat is turned on yet, but that's okay.. it just made the stay a little more memorable and complete. Highly highly highly recommend this place for a weekend away, you will not regret it!! We WILL be back!!
