Family-Friendly Stay! We recently stayed at Acorn Hill on our ice fishing trip with our daughter and 8-year-old grandson, and we couldn’t have been happier! From the moment we arrived, the customer service was warm and welcoming — truly exceptional. The cozy cabin was perfect for our family, comfortable and inviting after long days out on the ice. Our grandson especially loved the space and the family-friendly atmosphere made everything easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing, homey retreat — we will definitely be returning!

My dad, my son and I go for the fishing opener every year. We used to stay at a different resort, but about 4 years ago, we switched to Acorn Hill. We love staying here and cannot wait to be back for next year! Cabins are great, we have enjoyed the owners and the marina is very nice. We rent a boat as I sold mine quite a few years ago and that has been a great experience as well. We will continue to go back every year! Thanks for always providing a great experience.

Rented a sleeper house for 4. House was clean, never ran out of propane or gas for the generator. Employee Chad came out to check on me, and make sure I had everything I needed. They said they would move me to chase fish, but I stayed where I was for four nights. Shore amenities were nice! Bar and grill was good, swimming pool was available, as well as hot showers. I'd recommend Acorn Hill again

Kyle and staff were great! We rented a day house for 2 days. Ate at The Loaded Loon, food was awesome! They helped with the tips and tricks for big fish and it was great! Highly recommend!

This was a first time we had ever stayed in a sleeper and it was fantastic! Cole did a wonderful job coming out and checking on us every morning. He even called us 2 hrs before we arrived to let us know our sleeper was ready to go . Now that is customer service!Bite was very consistent in the morning ,mid afternoon, and evening for the first two days. Of course Mother Nature got in the way and the temps got down to negative 51 at one point. Our sleeper did a great job at keeping a warm temp even with the harsh weather. Will definitely be back next year.
