Staypineapple, An Artful Hotel, Midtown New York

Best Hotel we’ve stayed in NYC so far ! It has the feel of a luxury hotel. The service , the hotel designs and esthetics, the complimentary drinks and snacks, reusable water bottle , and coffee was pleasant surprise. And the hotel lobby , elevator , hallways , and rooms were beautiful and clean. My favorite part was the bed! The pillows and blankets were unbelievingly comfortable. If I could give more than 5 stars I would ! Nice work Stay pineapple we will booked our hotels with you from here on out !

I'm really glad I decided to shorten my stay with THE NEW YORKER and instead chose to spend the rest of my NYC trip at Staypineapple!Right off the bat, Staypineapple gave me a great first impression—it's super clean and feels very functional. When I went to check in my baggage before heading off to Boston, the staff at the counter kindly explained that they couldn't accommodate that but recommended a nearby baggage storage service instead. I totally understood their reasoning and really appreciated how thoughtful they were in offering me a solution!The lobby was just lovely—clean and cozy! I was thrilled to find drinking water (and even carbonated water!) readily available on tap. My room was tidied up every day, with the cleaning staff going the extra mile by folding my blanket and provid

Positive: It was decorated cute, staff was very friendly. Negative: The rooms were small, no where to keep things cold or store food.

We were looking for a hotel right in the middle of it all- Stay Pineapple nailed it. Front desk staff was so friendly, held our bags before check-in and was helpful with directions, etc. The room was very clean and super neat with an incredibly comfortable bed. Small, but held us and our belongings perfectly well (definitely not as small as many European rooms). We asked for ice and extra pillows/towels throughout our stay and service was impeccable. Walking distance to MSG, Times Square, lots of delicious spots away from the main touristy attractions as well. Booked directly and did not experience any weird fees or issues. 100% recommend and will stay again!

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. Small but gorgeous lobby. The check in was smooth. Clean elevators and hallways. The rooms so cute and cozy. Beautiful decorated.. comfy bed and nice thick comforters. Loved the complimentary refillable water bottle. Def one of the cutest hotels I have stayed at in NYC.
