Amazing place to stay. The staff leaves you completely alone unless you have a problem and then they are fast to fix it

Its a great place to spend the winter. Coming from Ohio to escape the cold, this is an ideal longstay location. The staff are very friendly and any problem is soon solved. The pool is clean and is a good place to relax. There are plenty of eating places/takeaways nearby if you don't want to cook in the small kitchen area. The studios are adequate if you take kitchen equipment or you can buy a set at the lobby. Housekeeping is included every 2 weeks or you can buy additional visits if you wish. There is an onsite laundry if you need to freshen up towels/ bedding yourself. Wifi is on the expensive side, $28 per month for average service. TV is a little limited but great if you are a sports fan as most of the channels are sports related. Brenda and Evelyn are very helpful should you have any

This place is a complete scam. It's an awful place to live. They advertised on Craigslist saying oh it's a weekly stay for this amount but when you get there the room isn't anything like the pictures and I remember this hotel used to be really nice. There's no lock on the door, The beds are so worn in and disgusting . It's like it's literally the slums. I wouldn't recommend anybody staying here ever.

Staff is very rude, lazy and unprofessional, property is run down with multiple safety hazards.

We stayed here in 2017 from October to May. Front desk clerk/manger Brenda was the rudest human we have ever dealt with. She started out being nice. Once we found out the maintenance man was having sex with my sons girlfriend on property, actually in a room that was rented in my name, things got ugly. Drugs is allowed to be sold on property. Never ever would I stay at this dump again! Oh and when Christmas time came around. The owners of the motel does not believe in Christmas so no Christmas decorations is allowed! Brenda was a trouble maker on property! And she was the manager! There was no where in Kissimmee during this time with available rooms for as long as we needed to stay. RUN FROM THIS PLACE! We was there on a business trip. Ended up being nothing but DRAMA! My first time to ever
