Staybridge Suites - San Bernardino - Loma Linda

Staybridge is always my go to for my long work trips inger sick of going to restaurants and just want to be able to cook my own meals and relax and i got to do that with ease here. Great service, super comfortable room. My one gripe would be I would have liked to have bit more water pressure in the shower. But other than that it was perfect.

Friendly staff. Room was fresh and clean. AC worked very well. Kitchen was perfect to cook to go meals. Bed was super comfortable. TV had lots of channels to choose from. If I had any visitors the room had a pull out couch and they provided extra sheets and pillows.

Loved the room. Not cramped. The kitchenette was great to have for our week long stay. Staff were always available when needed. Included breakfast was great.

I found the accommodations to be quite comfortable during my stay. Working late nights on the top floor provided a quiet and peaceful environment. While the breakfast options were limited, they were sufficient for my needs. The room was tidy, and I appreciated having a small kitchen, fridge, and large TV at my disposal.

I recently stayed at Staybridge Suites with my family of four. While I liked the location, our experience with the room and service was disappointing. Our booking was for four people, including a child, yet we were given a suite with one king bed. While a sofa bed was provided, there was no bedding for it initially. When we asked in the evening, we were told to pick up the bedding from reception. After setting up the sofa bed, we discovered a large, dirty stain on it. When we tried to speak with a manager, we were told no manager was available, which made us feel that these concerns weren’t taken seriously.
