Hilton Garden Inn San Bernardino

Spent 2 weeks there for business. I must say the hospitality service is 5 stars through and through. Very clean rooms plus pool, sauna, gym to accommodate time at Hilton. Would recommend to travelers passing by to visit the Hilton.

Positive: "" Negative: Dated rooms with wood bed frames that the mattress’s were too small for. Meaning you could see the exposed wood and the dirt that collected in them. Also looked like there was black mold In The shower which made me feel more dirty then clean.

The location was near restaurants and places we needed to go. The service was good and they did daily cleaning per our request. It is frustrating that hotels are trying to clean every 2-3 days during longer visits. We should not have to ask and verify that the room will be cleaned daily. This hotel did follow through and clean daily which we appreciated. As for the rooms, they need to be updated. The carpet had stains and the furniture has seen better days. The shower leaked most of our visit and the company would save money by fixing that. Overall, decent stay.

I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn San Bernardino for one night and the experience was mixed. The hotel was extremely quiet and felt almost empty. Staff at breakfast mentioned the hotel was only about thirty percent full during our stay, which made some of the issues more noticeable. The room view was one of the highlights. On the west facing side, there was a great view toward the mountains, including Cucamonga Peak, and it made the room feel much more pleasant. The hotel itself was quiet, bathrooms were clean, and overall it felt like a decent value for the price. That said, the rooms are very dated. We are a British family who decided to spend our two week Christmas holiday across in California to try to find some winter sunshine :o) ||Here is my review of the Hilton Garden Inn in San Bernardino.||We had checked in on the Hilton app, and had obtained digital key. but we realised that we needed to sort out the parking, and get a permit from the front desk.||Sheryl sorted us out quickly, and efficiently. She was friendly, and helpful, and made us up a couple of physical keys.||In the UK, and across in mainland Europe we get breakfast at every Hilton property, as we're Hilton Honors Diamond.
