Hampton Inn & Suites San Bernardino

I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at the Hampton Inn San Bernardino. I booked two rooms for myself and my family for a special event, and I chose this hotel because I have always had positive past experiences with Hampton Inn when traveling. Unfortunately, this location was absolutely way below my expectations. The condition of both rooms was unacceptable. The carpet was ripped and completely worn-out, giving the rooms a neglected and poorly maintained feel. The bathroom tiles were broken, and the floors were visibly dirty. It did not feel clean or properly cared for at all. Breakfast was even more frustrating. We arrived well before the scheduled end of service, yet we were rushed and told they could not make any more of the items that had run out — including waffles, bagels

We did the digital key and picked our room - but they changed it so not sure why we bothered picking it. They charge for parking which seems a bit much its not a resort or in a big city. The room was nice. The breakfast was outrageous over $25 for a holiday inn free type breakfast it was seriously the worse we have had. We would not stay here again - the area seems a bit sketchy too

Positive: Was very close to everything that we needed to be by for what was going on that weekend Negative: The room was dirty and the shower head was spraying water everywhere I had to fix it myself. We stayed 2 nights and asked for the room to be cleaned when we left out for the day they never did it no clean towels had to go and ask for everything,

I made a reservation ahead for one night on Dec. 29 2025. We checked in at night after coming from Disneyland.They gave us a room in the third floor. The room looked so different to the pictures they have online. The carpet look dirty with some spots. The sink was dripping when we got there. We tried closing it and it was fine for a few minutes but then it started dripping again. The toilet bowl and tub had stains and the wall border was not professionally sealed. We were do tired that we didn’t want to deal with it so we just went to sleep. Around 8am we were woken up by the barking of a dog from the next room. The barking lasted so long that we couldn’t go back to sleep. This was just not a good experience. I was so glad I only reserved for one night. Not sure about other rooms but this

The rooms are clean. We had a small frig, but no microwave. They do have one that can be used in the area downstairs by the check-in and food for purchase area. Free coffee, tea & hot chocolate offered all day. They also offer a very good complete breakfast each morning.
