We reserved a room for a Valentines night out. As we entered the hotel lobby they were having an event with the intention of being a social gathering. What we experienced was simply put two drunk guys arguing about the qualities of hot dog vs wiener. And loudly proclaiming the south vs the north. After we entered our room and " moved in " we noticed the pull-out couch was broken and had multiple stains. The doors did not work correctly and we could not properly lock our bedroom door because it was broken. We decided it best to enjoy a nice dinner and then to use the pool ( this was the primary reason we selected this hotel ) because if you look at the website the photos look amazing. Positive: Nothing, we did not stay. It smelled terrible. Negative: The desk clerk was unwelcoming. Lots of forms to fill out to check in. Room was not clean enough to stay in due to body odor smell. Tried to charge us a non refundable fee to get a room, so we left and booked a different hotel. They charged us anyway.

I travel to this location every year to visit family, but unfortunately, this stay was a major disappointment. I was greeted by a staff member whose behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional—not just toward me, but also toward other employees. Additionally, another team member at the evening reception was dressed inappropriately for a hotel setting. The food was nearly inedible, and the overall service fell far below expectations. Regrettably, I won’t be returning.

We needed a quick solution during a family holiday situation. The bed were great. The continental breakfast was excellent. Parking was convenient. The suite hosted our needs for holiday gift exchanges and family game need. The hot tub and pool were both good for family fun and distraction.

Weneeded a place to stay for several weeks and chose this location. We wish we never had. The staff was expltrelu rude with the exception of Bem. The rooms are old and dated and dirty. The housekeeping is horrible. You had to ask them to do things or it wouldn't get done. The breakfast was good, bit the social hour food was barely edible. They would charge different rates at different times and would lie about what they were doing. Them the smell...awful!! It smelled like methane gas and sewer, especially at night. There were nights I would get sick from it. When I would ask about it I was toldthat they didn't know what it was. We were just ignored. The solution for the was to keep the fire doors open so more air would move. Not safe. These rooms are so old and in need of a serious updat
