Staybridge Suites Columbia

Jennifer and Ally checked me in and out of the hotel, the were both wonderful. I was very happy with my stay and have no complaints. I greatly appreciated the hot water in the lobby (although no herbal tea, but it’s okay I brought my own haha), the kindness of the staff, the helpfulness when I had an issue with the door security. They breakfast was good and had some great options. Multiple types of eggs, sausage links, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, baked goods, waffles, yogurt bar… the room layout I had was great. The bed and everything seemed clean (not my experience at a lot of hotels lately :(. ) I look forward to staying at this location again. Came into town for our daughter’s graduation from Mizzou. The entire stay was great! The staff were friendly and courteous. The room was huge. The room was very clean. There were plenty of towels, washcloths, toiletries, kitchen supplies, bedding, etc…|The location is not the most up to date. However, it was extremely clean and had everything we needed, and then some. |The breakfast is included and has much more to offer guests than most included breakfasts. |10/10! Will continue to book with Staybridge in the future.

This was our first stay at this chain. We've always booked at a Holiday Inn. WOW! This was nice! Very clean hotel, very clean room and I loved having the kitchen! That was great! Bathroom was very clean and a good size shower. The only thing I would add is that the bed could have been more comfortable. It was firm and for us, with bad backs for both of us, it was uncomfortable. We did rest and sleep, but not real well. I do wish all hotels would keep a thicker foam pad on the beds to help with softness. Or at least have one available should it be needed. As for breakfast, this was also the first IHG hotel we had stayed in that actually had real plates, silverware, etc. That was nice! Rooms are okay, small but they are fine. Went to be up here with my husband while he was working. Please don't let the pictures of the pool fool you! Nasty, nasty, NASTY!! And take it from a girl who swims in creeks, lakes, and ponds! The pool and hot tub and gross, paint chips everywhere inside the pool and all over the floor. Like they just sweep them into the pool. The water is not filtered, the water is not sucking up the water and pushing out new water. I walked the pool and felt the jets, they weren't on. The hot tub has cracks in the concrete and random holes that look like it was were the old jet system used to be now just weird holes. And water is not being filtered, none of the jets are pushing out clean water so you know it's not sucking up the water already in there. We were r

The room is spacious and could be accommodating. The pullout couch is tiny and very uncomfortable. The bedding for the bed was bare minimum. A thin blanket as well as a fitted sheet and single pillow was all that was included. Double queen beds were comfortable. Walk-in shower was great as well as the complimentary soaps. Full size kitchenette and refrigerator was a great touch. Pool was adequate however it was not heated, very cold. The hot tub was great until a big was found floating about. Staff was very helpful. One of the outlets in my room did not work and it was what the lamp was plugged in to. Outlets on the walls were in weird place, not next to beds. The hotel will not let you get a room here if you live within a 50 mile radius. Overall, a great rate but would only stay here if n
