Holiday Inn Bismarck, an IHG Hotel

Food was best motel food I every had at a work meeting. Room was clean. Bed was mid. Overall I would stay again

The pool had warmer water, a big plus. Hot tub was great but on second day it couldn’t be turned on. Staff were all very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Room was pretty clean but some toothpaste was in-the sink. We had a room for accommodations. The shower did not have bars or a handheld shower head. No hooks by the shower to hang your dry towel when coming out. No bars by the toilet for handicapped. Overall, was a good stay.

Had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Bismarck, the people were friendly, the coffee was good. I was told the breakfast was really good as well. The beds were hotel beds, not a tempurpedic but any means, but still decent enough.

Nice hotel, simple and clean. However the front desk staff was extremely rude and unfriendly. Very unprofessional appearance, she was wearing leggings and a baggy sweatshirt. No indication that she was an employee. Didn’t once smile at us while checking in. I also had to call a few times for various events, and again she is rude and no customer service skills. Management should please consider talking with her.

Be aware that they charge a $5.40 parking fee each night. Lobby was very cold (no heat) during our visit. Restaurant menu and food is mediocre. You can definitely get a better meal for the same price at any of the surrounding restaurants.
