I am giving two stars only because the wonderful front desk staff preventing a one star. Let’s start with the good…front desk staff, Tiffany and Danielle were very friendly and did all they could do to help given the situation and being sold out. The hotel looked clean and was impressed with the common areas. The bad (will try and keep short)…after a two hour drive, checked in, put our stuff in the room then went out to dinner. Did a quick check of the room, including beds, prior to leaving and everything seemed fine. Got back around 8:45pm, opened a drawer to get a knife and a small roach comes crawling out! Kill that one and another appears. Opened up cabinet doors and find two additional bugs on them. Staff comes in and says that there was a long term tenant living in this room a

We have stayed at the stayAPT Suites in Ocala on W. Silver Springs Blvd several times with our family, and it has become our go to place whenever we are in town. The hotel is always extremely clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the suites feel more like a well designed apartment than a typical hotel room.||One of the biggest benefits, especially when traveling with athletes, is the full kitchen in each suite. Having a real kitchen makes a huge difference. When you are feeding athletes, being able to prepare proper meals instead of eating out for every meal is priceless. There is nothing better than having the option for a home cooked meal while on the road, and this hotel makes that easy and stress free.||The location is another major plus. I wish there were more than 5 stars to give. They worked with my crazy schedule from beginning to end. Everything is very clean. Full size oven and dish washer. BYO spices, pans, dish soap, paper towels. Beds very comfy with blackout curtains. They also took care of my dogs when they decided to start a war cry from their crate. ABOVE AND BEYOND! TY Tiffany!! The General Manager was wonderful and obviously loves his job.

My husband and I have been here since March and we are extremely happy here. Everyone everyone goes above and beyond for every guest. The most important thing is they care they help and they understand certain difficulties arise. As long as you keep them informed of situations they go above and beyond. They are not the traditional hotel they are more homelike and that makes it wonderful. The rooms are beautiful very spacious stocked with everything you need. The property is safe and secure. Ordering food is very convenient and ive never had an issue meeting a delivery person. Mail gets here with no issues and housekeeping is always on point. If days change days charge theres nothing wrong with that. This hotel by far the best in ocala and in my opinion. The best in Florida. Thank you Gra

My family has been at StayAPT for two weeks now while waiting for our new home. After having a couple bad experiences with other hotels I am so glad we found this place. From the moment I called to ask about pricing and an extended stay, to checking in, to every other encounter we've had with everyone here has all been great. I must say that both Heather and Mariah have been so nice and helpful every time I've spoken to them. Both of them have gone above to make sure our stay has been welcoming. Heather has definitely gone above to make sure our stay is great and we have everything we need. The whole place is clean, beautiful and bug free.
