Stayable Kissimmee West

I had a wonderful experience at Stayable Chelsea. The front desk staff were exceptionally welcoming, professional, and attentive from the moment I arrived. Check-in was quick and seamless, and they were always available to help with directions, recommendations, and any questions I had during my stay. The team made the atmosphere feel warm and comfortable, which really set the tone for the entire visit. Their customer service went above and beyond, making me feel valued as a guest. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chelsea.

Chelsea at the front desk was amazing. She was friendly, professional, and made check-in quick and easy. She answered all my questions and made me feel welcome right away. Great customer service and clean room -Stayable is lucky to have her!

This place is bare minimum. The beds and pillows were hard and uncomfortable. The rooms appeared to be clean but upon inspection it was not clean. The floors had not been mopped made your socks super dirty. You can't reach anyone at the front desk. You have to constantly text and then have to wait to get a response. The sheets are rough and cheap and they feel musty. The room felt musty and had a strange smell. They have an ice machine but no ice bucket. No hair dryer or coffee maker. The rooms are supposedly upgraded but they are not really. They painted old walls and filled the holes with a bad putty job. The front door barley closed and was really flimsy. The people that stay there are questionable to say the least. Could not use the pool since it was over run by loud obnox

Its what you expect from a cheap motel. We didnt expect much but the reason for the 1 star is the favt that the room wasn't clean. Sure beds were made. But there was hair in the sink, mucas in the bath tub, and my child's bare feet turned black walking on the floor for about 5 min. Absolutely unacceptable. Under the bed looked like it has never been swept or vacuumed. They were kind and worked with us. The fridge was broken but promptly replaced within 30mins. The bigger issue is the fact that they would not clean the room till the next day. After canceling and leaving, we pursued a refund. We were texting the hotel and they started to lie saying there were rooms available and that we denied a new room so they weren't going to give a refund! Total garabge. Good gosh, this place is so nasty. Used to be a Travelodge it’s in terrible shape. 75% of the doors are all beat in at the bottom, They have trays catching water from the AC unit on the outside of your window.The beds are damp and have mold and mildew on mattress covers. If you stay there for a long time, they’re not supply anything for you. There is bugs in the room. I’ve seen a bedbug before, My sister went and complained about it and they act like they’ve never had them. Bugs come in from underneath the doors where it’s busted in. Sadly, , they are in the room because they were not staying in our room. They want to sit there and be so positive about the property that they have to work at, and they want to talk so highly about it when they’re not in our room and we have all those issue
