Stay Lodge of Woodstock

Terrible service, unresponsible staff. I reserved a room for my husband and kid for 4 nights. Unfortunately their flight got delayed and their arrival to Georgia end up being for 11pm. Now, once we realized that we would miss their check in time, at 9am, I called and called trying to speak with someone regarding their check in. 3 hours in a loop call, and no one answered!!! I attempted online as well explaining what the issue was, and also no answer. I was then forced to make another plan (reservation) somewhere else for my husband and kid, I couldn't risk them being left outside in the middle of the night. I obviously requested a cancelation, now miraculously they actually have answer for it, no. The place sucks, whoever is managing it doesn't care for the business or the customer. I sho

Believe everything you read here. The old lady manager is beyond rude, and obviously ruins the experience for everyone. Stay Lodge should be ashamed for hiring people so bitter and with such little people skills to run the place.

Worst place on earth to stay at!! Managers are rude and threw my ex, who is a veteran out on the street because he was one hour late with his payment! They kept some of his things and would not even talk to him on the phone to see if they would give his things back. Worst customer service i've ever experienced in my life!!! Don't even think of staying in this rathole!!

The reviews for this place are accurate. The front desk and manager are very difficult to deal with. Rooms are Very outdated, Dirty, loud, and extremely rude staff. Go somewhere else, lots of better hotels to choose from.

Management VERY RUDE. Room smelled of mold and lots of strange and shady people come out at night. Did not feel safe. Only stay here if you just got out of jail and have no where else to stay. Management really needs customer service training.
