InTown Suites Extended Stay Select Atlanta GA - Woodstock

The room is basic but location is convenience. Service team/ management is tentative, response to the request promptly. The fridge in my room was not cold on the date i checked in( Saturday)and they sent the mainternance right after the office open back in Monday morning. Appreciate the fast service.

Not very clean or safe. Cops showed up 3 times in one day. The floors felt dirty - had to wear shoes just walking around the place. Furniture was broke, the ac squeaks all night long, the air feels wet as do the sheets. I would definitely find somewhere else to stay for a short term

I'm really excited to give this 5 star review. Starting from the staff to the managers. Especially J. McDonald. Wonderful job taking the time to make arrangements for my reservation. Even though she had not eaten she made time to arrange my stay here. Excellent job. I will always stay here.

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ I’ve had an overall very good experience staying at InTown Suites in Woodstock. The property stands out from many other extended stay options thanks to its exceptionally clean rooms—no dust, mold, or pests whatsoever, which is honestly rare to find. The hotel staff are consistently friendly and welcoming, with the manager in particular going above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. The only real downside is that the walls are quite thin, so you can hear a lot of activity in neighboring rooms—especially if there happen to be unsupervised children above you enjoying their own personal indoor playground. But to be fair, that’s more of a guest/parenting issue than anything the staff can control. Overall, the property feels safe and is generally pretty quiet

I honestly expected more from this location based on the reviews.. A withdrawal of $64.60 was charged to my account days before my scheduled check-in date. I was okay with this because I was told that it wasn't an additional charge. I was only required to pay the difference during check-in. But, when I arrived to check in there were no premium units clean nor available? The two units I was sent to look at were dirty and had damaged appliances and furniture. 🚫I'll attach some pictures to this review.
