Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Woodstock/Atlanta North

I recently stayed here for two nights. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean. My only advice is to let travelers know that breakfast doesn't consist of hot cooked foods such as eggs, bacon, etc. Their breakfast included juice, little boxes of cereal and milk, a toaster for toasting bagels, cream cheese, peanut butter, and pre-wrapped breakfast pastries. There was something that need syrup, like waffles I think. I would definitely stay here again if I return to this area.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how immaculate everything was—this hotel takes cleanliness to a whole new level. Every corner, from the lobby to the guest rooms, sparkled with care and attention. The staff’s attitude was nothing short of amazing: warm, professional, and genuinely attentive, making me feel valued throughout my stay. The landscaping was absolutely breathtaking. Walking the grounds felt like stepping into a serene retreat—lush greenery, perfectly manicured gardens. It was so beautiful and peaceful, I felt like I was at a spa just by looking out the window or strolling the property. This hotel is the perfect balance of relaxation and hospitality. I left feeling refreshed, cared for, and already eager to return.

Staff was very nice and accommodating to our very late check in. The room was spacious, clean, and ac was cold. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in. The shower was nice and hot. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area again.

Positive: Location Negative: Dirty and run down. Door latch broken, chair had the bottom foot on three legs but not the fourth-lopsided, stool lid broken off and laying to the side, patch on bathtub, hair in the tub, hair dryer missing.

As a former Wyndham employee I can say this location keeps everything on point. The room is clean, neat and no weird smell. You can tell the staff takes te time to check every detail. It is very quiet and calm… Yes, it is a small hotel, but with a big soul. It has all the things you need, the staff is very friendly and it is a very convenient location. Last, but not least… Shout out to WENDY… She took care of me and fixed an error on my reservation (it was my fault for not checking the date and arriving early). She kindly gave a suitable solution. I’m extremely thankful. PS: She deserves a raise!
