Stay Lodge of Newnan

The lady today decided to inform my friend’s Hispanic husband that she had plenty of rooms, but not any for “Latinos.” Excuse me, what? Is blatant discrimination part of the “hospitality” here? Does the racism come with free WiFi? Operating this way in 2025 is WILD… It’s not cool, nor is it legal. The real vacancy here is decency.

Would give it misus stars if I could. The manager think it's ok to walk in after knocking once while i was getting dressed. When i didn't feel comfortable letting him in without ||someone accompanying him,he accused me of hiding something. I have PTSD from an assault & felt assulted all overagain. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND A WOMAN STAY HERE EVER! I WOULD HAVE REPORTED HIM THEN BUT WAS FEARFUL OF REPROCUTIONS. HORRIBLE HUMAN. HORRIBLE PLACE. YOU CAN'T EVEN GET CLEAN TOWELS ON A REGULAR BASIS.

If you like living with roach infestation. I have spent over $75 trying to at least stay there. There’s no refund. Staff stated there’s no room to transfer to. I have paid over $700 for a room I cannot sleep or stay or eat in because the roaches are so bad. When I first got there the room is outdated but I felt was durable. By the time I moved in there were roaches on the ceiling, walls, and bed. I went to the office and was told no refund that they would have pest control come out. Well upon checking with office after spending $75 just so I could stay, I was told I was on the waiting list for pest control. The roach problem got better but then they started coming out of everywhere again. I asked for a refund again and was told no refund and no room to transfer to. At this point of self pe

This place offers a kitchenette, a couch and 1 or 2 beds. The air quality is horrible. Within 3 days of putting an air purifier in the room the filter was black. If you have asthma or respiratory problems this is not a good place to stay. You are also not allowed to sit outside of your room except to smoke. You may not socialize outside of your room. "You are renting the room, not the sidewalk". This is what we were told when we were quietly talking with a friend outside of the room. The staff is very rude and they don't do anything to improve the quality of the rooms. This is an emergency only place to stay, if you have no other choices and can afford around $300 a week to live in a room where your kids can't even go outside.

This is NOT a place for families with kids. Drugs everywhere, don't even try to hide it, smell in the air all the time, loud thumping music!! Prices steadily rise with no amenities, wifi is slow, terrible when it works. The nicest thing about this place is when u leave. I will say if u need anything fixed they r pretty quick to respond. The ladies and maintenance man at the front desk r nice and helpful.(Theresa,Wanita, Ken)
