The BEST new hostel on trail! Eric is an excellent hostel owner and cares about hikers. A great resupply with hiker friendly prices. A super HOT, powerful shower and good laundry. Makes the trek between Duncannon and Port Clinton A LOT smoother. Pip is the shuttle driver and goes above and beyond to take care of hiker’s needs. Don’t pass this by!

Stopped here for a refresh and quick resupply to get me to Port Clinton. It was a wonderful visit, the resupply house is well stocked, and the bathhouse was nice and clean. Looking forward to seeing what comes out of this place with the remodel of the bunkhouse. Definitely a worthwhile stop. Plus food delivery with things like Uber Eats - stuffed my face with Mr. Beast burger and fries. The only complaint is how close the house is to the road, road noise all night, definitely wear your earplugs.

I stayed here during my thru-hike last year (P-Rex). Don't let the "Coleman Tent" concept discourage you from staying here. I had a great stay in one of the tents. Everything needed for a good stop was available, and the owners came by in the evening to check on things. I would definitely stay here again. But for now, I am truck-driving and staying at the Love's 2.7 mi away and daydreaming about hiking the AT again.

This place is awesome! Great stop for someone hiking the Appalachian trail! They have a resupply in a shed with frozen pizza available with pizza cooker, toaster and microwave along with other Frozen foods. Ice cream and soda available for purchase as well. Showers available for five bucks, tenting available for $10.

Eric is great and accommodating. Appreciate everything.
