Holiday Inn Express Jonestown - Ft. Indiantown Gap by IHG

Room was clean and comfortable. Craig (the breakfast guy, and I hope that's his name) was the true highlight of this stay. Breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed the small talk with him. I travel a lot, and this was one of the best continental breakfasts I've ever had at a hotel. If I ever find myself in this area again, I will definitely stay here!

Great property with very clean rooms—definitely 5 stars. Overall, the place is very nice and offers plenty of parking. However, I did have one uncomfortable experience when I found a housekeeper’s cell phone and charger left in my room. I hope the hotel will work with staff to ensure they have designated spaces to charge their phones, rather than using guest rooms. I value my safety, and finding someone else’s phone in my room made me feel uneasy. I would also prefer if staff members were asked to cover their tattoos. Seeing visible tattoos makes me associate them with danger, as in my opinion, many people with criminal backgrounds have tattoos. This is, of course, just my personal opinion.

Stayed at this hotel January 2nd. Was placed in a room on the 3rd floor. Chose it due to the close proximity to highway 81. This is a much older hotel which was clearly evident due to the following reasons: 1) the air temperature in the room stayed hot. Even when setting the temperature to 60 degrees, the temp stayed unchanged. 2) elevator didn't always function. Got stuck in it one time heading out to dinner. The worst was having it not function when it was time to check out the next morning. I had 3 heavy pieces of luggage. Fine if your room is on the first floor but not when it's on the 3rd. When I called down to the lobby, they acknowledged the broken elevator but no solution to help get my luggage down the stairwell. The woman actually hung up on me. This was extremely painful for so

We were travelling I81 North and had enough for the day, just wanted a peaceful night with a decent room and bed. We lucked in with this stop and were greeted with a smile and offered a king bed suite at a very reasonable price. The hotel itself is well positioned near the exit and close to restaurants. Our room was perfect. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spotless and clean. Breakfast was a treat with many options
