Stars over Texas RV Park-Frio

Best RV park I’ve ever stayed at! Huge pull through spots, beautiful trees that provide the perfect amount of shade, wonderful people here, and it’s nice and quiet. The manager Melinda is the absolute best, she’s made me feel very at home and is always there if you need anything. Amazing star viewing here as well! Great having a laundry room so you don’t have to go find a laundromat. The WiFi works great and I actually have a few bars of service here as well with Verizon. It’s also only two miles from Garner State Park which has fantastic hiking trails and the beautiful Frio River! Close to the most beautiful hill country drives too. I also love watching the sunsets here every night. So beautiful and peaceful being here, I absolutely love it.

This was our first trip to the area in an RV and we chose Bec's after getting great customer service on the phone with the park manager, Carolyn. She proved to be just as lovely in person, as well as the rest of the staff here. The location is very central to the river and other attractions and the park rules were not excessive and actually made our stay very pleasant as our neighbors were all respectful and polite to each other. Groundskeeper Ronnie was extremely helpful and walked us through the set-up process and both Carolyn and Ronnie checked on us often to make sure all was well. The park overall is clean, well maintained, with clean restrooms, shower, and laundry facility. Our space was comfortable and we had no issues. From the day we arrived we were greeted like family. The park is immaculate and from staff to management we were treated like we mattered. They are not just out to make money, as all businesses need of course, but they are there for all rvers and cabin guests to have a good experience. The restrooms and showers are beautiful and clean, although during the heat of the day there is no air conditioning in them, so its best to shower early in the morning or late evening.

We had the best weekend ever. The NEW owners are amazing and the office staff is so friendly and helpful. The new swimming pool was a hit. The kids love it. This park is a must see.

The park was very nice and conveniently located to the area attractions. It is not “on the River” you will need to drive but everything is pretty close. Much quieter than some other places I have stayed. The grounds are very maintained. They do have a nice restroom and shower facility as well as laundry. The best part for us was The Manager Caroline. She was so helpful and very friendly and went above and beyond to help us. We will be back!
