River Rim Resort

The water was beautiful as always, but the cabin was not at all even close to worth what we paid, even during off season. My husband and I stayed in the Arbor for 3 nights, and each night it got worse. The hot water lasted for about 6 minutes, and the shower drain didn’t work period even after an attempt to clean it out ourselves so we were just left standing in cold water trying to wash off the day. There were countless spiders and scorpions everywhere inside, and an ant issue outside as well. We live on a ranch so I’m fully aware as to what to expect in the country, but not in what’s supposed to be a well kept vacation rental. I swept upon our arrival and found clumps of dog hair under the bed, the chair, the oven, everywhere. We left at 9:45am this morning and I had hoped to speak to th

We had a great stay. The water was perfect so we spent a lot of time in the river accessible area.. took the dog, it was so fun for all. Nancy was helpful when we had an issue, can’t say enough great things. Thanks for helping make my trip great! We will be back

I happened to get lucky and get a last minute wknd reservation for spring break. We had Rim 1|Location is great, super short walk down to the river. Great view. Water was beautiful. |The rooms have 3 walls and a curtain so it's fine for family or good friends. |It's a good price, its very simple, just what you need when you visit the river. |Staff was friendly. Check in and check out was a breeze. |Make sure you bring everything you need, there's a little store about 5 miles down and they have a good selection of things you may have forgotten but expect to pay the price!

We spent thanksgiving here for three days and it was awesome. I’ll cherish these memories forever.

The location is perfect, the price is a little high. The hot water did not last and the flooring was a little dirty, but I appreciate management contacting me about this issue. It was a quite area and the river was beautiful. We were surprised that you have to bring your own linens and clean up the cabin yourself, but this is apparently very common for the area.
