Starlite Motel

My son and his girlfriend and my 1 year old grandson spent 3 nights at this establishment. The rooms were very clean, the owners were amazingly accommodating and friendly. They even took my grandsons wagon and put it out of the rain when we were gone. So thoughtful of them. I will give them my money before any chain hotel in the dells. Will definitely be going back there to stay in a few weeks. The pool was also clean and well maintained.

First of all, the woman at the front desk was wonderful, very friendly and accommodating! We stayed for one night in room 21. It was ground level and we could park right outside our door. The ice machine, was just a 10 second walk, the ice buckets are in the ice machine room. The room had 1 Queen size bed, it was VERY firm. We needed to request 2 extra pillows, the pillows are very flat and very hard. Bring your own if you are picky. There is a table, 2 chairs. A very tiny fridge and microwave, TV, 1 nightstand w/lamp. A second nightstand and lamp would be nice. The AC worked okay, it had a remote. The bathroom was clean, towels are tiny and there was only 2 washcloths, 2 hand towels, 2 bath towels. When flushing the toilet in this room, you must hold down the handle until the bowl empties

Positive: The front desk lady I?m not sure what her name was but we came last year & again this year & she was so sweet both times. We will definitely be back ! Negative: The smell in the bathroom was a bit odd when we checked in.

Clean, updated room; comfortable beds; friendly, helpful, accommodating, gracious hosts made our stay delightful. And the phone is not answered by a service that doesn't know anything! This is where we'll be staying anytime we're in the Dells!

The room was very clean and the bed was pretty comfy in terms of motels. Customer service was pleasant and accommodating. The location was not hard to find and I would definitely stay again for a no frills stay!
