Star Way Inn

I have been frequenting this establishment for years and until recently have been pleased with every aspect. However, recently customer service has declined tremendously. Simple inconveniences from not being able to pay for two consecutive nights to not being able to make a last minute reservation because there are limited rooms available. The owner is the only person that seems to care about the customer’s experience however he typically isn’t there by the time of check in. So if you have a problem, wake up the next morning and talk to him. Time to find a new location for us to have date nights at. 😔

This motel is a great price plus a clean safe atmosphere. The front desk staff and manager are friendly and understanding of concerns. You can really tell they take pride in the services they provide. Big comfortable bed, clean decent sized room. No bugs, no problems. Would go back anytime I'm in the area. Only downside is the t.v. there not great and the cable goes in and out and freezes.

Worried when we checked in since other motels nearby were disappointing but staff was friendly and room was clean. Rooms need upgrades but bed was clean, water pressure fair, and plenty of hot water. They serve coffee in lobby but would prefer coffee maker in room. When we travel by car, I bring my own coffee maker. Just needed to go to lobby for cups. When we first walked into room, smelled Marijuana stench. But leaving door open for a while helped. I would stay there again. Way better than neighboring Travelodge and Red Roof Inn.

The manager is rude and disrespectful I tried to make the situation right and she didn’t give me a chance she kept talking over me and some more stuff.. her name is Chrissy..

I have been doing a work project nearby and I've had to stay here for the past 3 weeks. The folks here have been more than accommodating for me. My room is always clean when I get back from work. They do an exceptional job cleaning. They have been doing a lot of remodeling since I've been here. The place is looking real nice. The only time I've had an issue since I've been here, was tonight (9/9/21). Some people booked a room two doors down from me and they wound up playing loud music and was in and out talking loudly all night long. I have to be up at 5:30 to be to work at 6:30.
