Spoke to very nice lady on phone. This park does not do overnight stays for RV. Just something to be aware of.
For people who can't afford high rent it's a decent place, used to be the Cardinal Trailer Park. I live here and it's located close to stores and in central Yuma. Alot of good people live here. Don't let the negative comments fool you
Definitely not a family Park. Management lacks caring for the people that are there. Pay your rent and that's all that matters for the most part.
Organized, knowledgeable owner and manager. Had a couple questions about a space and the owner went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable! Enthusiastically recommend!
Definitely not a family RV park. No amenities and not a safe place.
