Star Island Resort & Club

From the moment we arrived, everything was great. Check-in was quick and smooth, thanks to Ricardo, who I believe is a front desk supervisor, made the start of our vacation stress-free; he was friendly, professional, and helpful. The resort itself is beautiful and very well maintained. Our suite was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. The full kitchen, large living area, and balcony made it feel like a home. The amenities were a huge highlight. The pools were great, the grounds were full of kids and family, and there were plenty of activities to enjoy. Overall, this resort exceeded our expectations. Also, shout out to Holy, the guest services agent, who was also very friendly, professional, and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and highly

Positive: I absolutely loved this place. Can’t wait to go back. There was so much space in the unit itself and I was surprised that the two bedroom was a lockout unit which gave us so much extra room. Pool area was nice and bar /music was great Negative: Honestly, there wasn’t anything that I did not like except maybe the temperature of the shower…

Okay, so how have I not known about this place! Stayed here in January for a cheer competition in Kissimmee. There were 6 of us. Got the 3 bedroom villa - it was fantastic! Essentially it was 2 rooms that were connected via door. It was so spacious! Of course my daughter loved the jetted tub. Convenient location - food and stores within close distance. Close to Island H2O waterpark if you're headed there. The resort and rooms were nice, only minor updating needed but nothing looked super outdated. The pool area was nice! I've heard they have 2 pools, but I only saw one. There's a bar at the pool and a store. They have a lot of activities throughout the week to include karaoke. There's an arcade. We stayed here with our kids and my father in law. This was such a perfect hotel for us, it had multiple beds and rooms with amazing tubs. This room had everything, including a washer and dryer and a fun little patio. The pools were warm and super fun. They have an onsite grocery store, eating place, golf course, splash pad, hot tub, playground and tennis court. We had an issue when we first checked in with the room that we were given. The front desk didn’t even hesitate and fixed the problem within minutes. The atmosphere is incredible too and so perfect for families. The only slight negative thing for me had nothing to do with the hotel. We had plan to go to epic universe and it was quite the drive from there. But depending on what you are looking for, it may be worth it just to stay her

Don't know what is happening here but clearly something is. Booked a one bedroom thru a timeshare exchange. Arrived and discovered no outdoor space at all at our unit plus there was an adjourning unit with a very thin door. First attempt at front desk asking to switch, they stated 100% full. Second day's attempt to switch said we couldn't because we booked thru timeshare exchange. I stated I would pay an upgrade and they said no. So, here we are in FL stuck inside with 2 windows overlooking a parking lot. Speaking to other guests some experienced the same thing and many say they are in the same couple buildings at the far end of the resort. One gentleman guest told me he is.
