The Modern Mansion of Miami completely exceeded expectations. From the moment we arrived, Austin made everything seamless, super responsive, accommodating, and genuinely wants guests to have the best time possible. The house itself is next-level. It’s sleek, luxurious, and perfectly designed for entertaining, massive open spaces, great sound system, amazing lighting, and a pool area that feels like you’re at a private resort. The vibe is pure Miami: fun, bold, and unforgettable. Whether you’re throwing an epic party or just soaking up the sun with friends, this place delivers. We’ve stayed in plenty of high-end Airbnbs, but this one stands out as the ultimate party mansion on South Beach. Can’t recommend it enough, we’ll definitely be back!

Oh gosh, this place is an influencer’s dream! The location is insane. everything is automatic, shiny or neon 😍 The literal best place for any kind of celebration (I.e. bachelorettes/bachelors, grand openings, birthdays, etc.) You can stop searching for a venue. Book this place and prepare to enjoy Miami Beach to its fullest! Also, if you get the chance to meet the owner Austin, do it. He showed us around and introduced us to the whole neighborhood! He also adds super thoughtful personal touches depending on what you’re celebrating. I’m still thinking about our Miami trip a week later!! How many people can say that they stayed at a mansion on the beach?? 😎

This place is a total South Beach dream! Gorgeous house - three stories of pure Miami vibes, modern, clean, and fun! Everything you could possibly need is provided for you. The location is unbeatable—you’re close to all the fun, but it still feels like your own private escape. The host is the best! Attentive, friendly, and does everything to make you feel right at home (but better because.. Miami) I won’t stay anywhere but Modern Mansion of Miami from now on!

We had such a wonderful time staying at Modern Mansion Miami last week! Our hosts, Austin and Aidhee, went above and beyond to make sure we experienced the true South Beach lifestyle. The house is beautifully updated and features the most advanced amenities — including party lights and a disco ball! Located right across the street from the iconic Versace Mansion, it’s in the heart of all the action and just a short five-minute walk to the beach. From the third floor, you can even enjoy a stunning view of the ocean. I can’t say enough great things about this gorgeous home and everything it offers. We highly recommend staying here!

The Modern Mansion of Miami is the only free standing Airbnb on South Beach. It’s literally right next to the Versace Mansion on Ocean Drive. Clevelander is 1 block away. Palace is 200 feet away. As far as location goes, there is nothing better than this Airbnb. As far as the residence goes, its modern, high tech, clean, and can transform into basically a night club with the multicolor changing lights, club style lighting, lasers (yes, actual lasers that move to the music), and even a disco ball that is hidden in a upper cabinet that comes out with a remote control. This place is pretty epic. You can book on Airbnb VRBO or directly with the owners.
