SpringHill Suites by Marriott West Melbourne Palm Bay

The hotel feels brand new or recently remodeled and is super clean. The main bed was great, and they actually use a West Elm sofa bed that fits two people comfortably—a huge plus! We booked two rooms and were bummed they don't have any connecting options. |The only downsides were that the walls are a bit thin (you can hear your neighbors) and the breakfast was just okay. I also wish they had coffee available in the lobby all day. Overall though, the room quality makes it worth it.

I stay at this hotel once a week due to work, and it is truly the best. From the staff to the general manager, the service is always exceptional. The rooms are spotless, the hotel is extremely clean, and the breakfast is great every time. They take very good care of me and always treat me well—I have absolutely no complaints. The location is also super convenient, right off the highway. Hands down the best and cleanest hotel in the Palm Bay / Melbourne area. I highly recommend staying here. -A. CLEMENT

SpringHill Suites in West Melbourne is a fantastic place to stay and is highly recommended. Having just completed several months at the hotel for a combination family visit and vacation, I can say with all sincerity that my trip would not have been possible or as complete without the great accommodations and superb service I received each and every day. To start with, Chris Adams is an outstanding manager—professional, caring, upbeat, and seems to always be there assisting and making things great each day. His leadership is evident throughout the hotel and truly elevates the entire experience. The hotel itself is new and very much feels that way. We have stayed here twice so far and the Hospitality has been extraordinary. Chris, the General Manager is very attentive to the appearance of the common area, the Gym, and the quality of the Breakfast area. Dagmar with Guest Services is bright and welcoming and is a problem solver extraordinaire. We didn't have any problems during our stays however, Dagmar always had a solution when we had questions regarding anything during our visit either while at the Hotel or in the general area of Melbourne. We visit the area several times during the year and wouldn't stay anywhere else.
