Extended Stay America Premier Suites- Melbourne - I-95

Normally I don’t write bad reviews but I felt the need to this time around. My husband and two children have stayed here often, normally we have a great experience but this time around we didn’t. The room smelled of mold and mildew upon walking in, my 7 yo was showering for about 10 minutes and there was no hot water. It was 40 degrees outside and the heat in our room didn’t work. We went down to the front desk and asked for another room to which the girl at the front desk was very polite and respectful and well manned. The 2nd room we switched to we noticed that room was the same with the heat and wouldn’t work either. We slept in hoodies to stay warm. After changing our room three times (mold/ mildew, water stains, broken stuff in kitchen) it got better. Back door didn’t work for coming back in from parking your car. People were very friendly, and accommodating . We stayed 5 weeks . Wish they had more workout equipment and a pool. 7/10

Dirty room, no towels, and parking issues – Not a good experience My family and I stayed at this Extended Stay America Premier Suites in Melbourne a few weeks ago, and it was not a good experience. My partner did the check-in around 8:30-9:00 PM (I'm not 100% sure of the exact time). with our daughter ,I arrived about 15-20 minutes later. When we got to the room, the bathroom was disgusting – full of long red hair all over the floor and shower. Clearly, it had not been cleaned properly from the previous guest. There were not enough towels for all of us. We had to ask for more. The room in general was not cleaned well. It felt like nobody checked it before we arrived. Also, breakfast is NOT included, which is annoying for the price. And the parking situation is bad – there is almost no

This hotel is one of my favorite hotels to stay at when I travel. It is always clean, it's super roomy, pet friendly!!! If you are vacationing or on an extended business trip, here is perfect for you, as the kitchen area is amazing! You don't have a rinky dink little fridge or tiny microwave. The kitchen sink is nice and deep. It's bigger than the kitchen sink I have at home. The beds are always comfy. Larry, in maintenance, is very knowledgeable and helpful. He does everything with a smile. One of my Favorite things about this hotel is that it locks down at 10 pm. You must be a guest to enter. Thank you! For making me feel extra safe. :)

Positive: It was nice Negative: My room smelled like mildew and it was very harsh to have to breathe in. I had headaches and couldn’t hardly breathe. That made it hard to sleep, and relax the right way. But it was a very nice hotel though.
