Extended Stay America Premier Suites- Melbourne - Palm Bay

Very disappointing experience. A personal item disappeared from inside my luggage during housekeeping service. I reported it immediately, but management stated nothing could be done and showed no real concern. The room also had no safe. This situation completely undermined my sense of security. Guests should be extremely cautious with their belongings.

Chose to stay in this hotel for the value, kitchenette and location while our home was getting worked on. Room is clean, bed is comfortable, staff is friendly. Breakfast is NOT continental, it IS grab and go as they described. Pet friendly and affordability are definite pluses. The issue that I do have is the people above us and how obnoxiously loud they are. I've complained twice to the front desk, the 2nd being the very serious complaint. The running, stomping, jumping and sounds like moving furniture around are on a few hours, off a few hours, like these people dont have their kids on any kind of schedule--and I question if the kids are even being monitored. It's currently 330 am as I'm writing this and I've been constantly woken up from this since 10:09 pm--after the start of the "quie

Me and my family been here for about 3 months and this hotel staff has shown us nothing but mercy grace and respect through this troubling time. The room is clean all the time unlimited linens and supplies we are truly grateful for Mrs. Katrina and her well trained and respectful staff for the generosity and compassion towards me and my family. If ever in the area of palm Bay and Melbourne this is the spot. Thanks ESA for everything.

Great staff, wish that they had an oven in the room. More breakfast options like bagels and cream cheese. A pool. A dog park. A picnic area with BBQ grills. There's plenty of space here.
