SpringHill Suites by Marriott Truckee Lake Tahoe

Whenever my partner and I visit Truckee, we love to stay here. The location is great - less than a 5-minute drive into Downtown Truckee. There is a small shop with essentials in the lobby but you're not too far from grocery stores if you needed anything outside of what they sold there at the hotel. The staff is always welcoming and are very knowledgeable. Free breakfast is one of the best perks of staying here. Considering the higher prices of eating in the area, it's nice that you get breakfast included with your stay. The rooms are spacious and while I don't love carpet, it does look well maintained.

Came with our family and puppy. Appreciative that we were allowed to bring the pups. Staff was super friendly and helpful, especially Shon. A pleasure with check in and all of our needs throughout our stay. With 3 kids and a puppy … it’s a lot. Thanks so much Shon! Hotel was super clean, free breakfast was added bonus. Great location. Will definitely be coming back!

Fantastic family-friendly hotel! I’m staying here 4 nights and loving it. From check-in where they give you room options, to the spacious, clean rooms with a separate desk and couch space, to the full, buffet breakfast where you can make your own waffles, to the hot tub, ice machine and water on every floor, and the super friendly staff day and night! Plus proximity to Northstar for skiing is 10 min and the palisades or donner and lake Tahoe is super convenient! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay here for a couples vacation and couldn’t have been happier. The hotel was quiet, comfortable, and romantic, making it easy to relax and truly enjoy our time in Truckee. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional from start to finish. Every interaction felt genuine, and they were always happy to help with anything we needed, which made the stay feel even more comfortable and stress-free. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt calm and well maintained.
