Positive: I loved the room design, havng a sparate section to watch TV, everything looks new and very clean, the staff were so friendly and helpful. Breafast was amazing and free. For the price this was a great bargain. Probably my best hotel experience so far. Negative: Nothing, everythinhg was perfect.
I forgot to take photos, but overall this was a great stay. The hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Our room had two queen beds and was very spacious. It included a mini fridge and microwave, which was perfect for storing leftovers from restaurants. There was also a small couch and a desk area, which made the room feel comfortable and functional. The bathroom layout was a little unusual but actually nice. One side had the toilet and a sink, while the other side had a separate door with the shower and another sink with a longer counter that was great for laying out toiletries. The gym was very clean and open 24/7, and it had a water station to fill cups or water bottles, which was a nice touch. The breakfast area was clean, spacious, and offered a good
Rooms were extremely clean and well stocked when we got there. The staff was very friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in. Even with there being a bunch of families staying there, the hotel was quiet. Breakfast had a very delicious array of food and was kept well stocked and dining room was kept clean. The location was great! Don't believe me give it a go for yourself! Happy traveling!
The building is well kept and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. My wife and I celebrated my birthday in San Diego and accidentally found this hotel online. It's not by the shore nor by the tourist area, but, it's a place where it's quiet and relaxing. Parking was not a problem and the amenities are clean. It's not often we find a place that's surprisingly exceptional.
Update...after some eventual correspondence back and forth with the hotel, they were responsive to my concerns related to my below review of my first attempt to stay there. I ended up giving it another chance and the facilities were nice and the staff was accommodating. They are still working out some WIFI dead spots in the rooms but they tried hard to help make it better. Breakfast was very convenient and they had a good variety of items for a complimentary breakfast bar. I was flying into town for a single night. I am a Marriott disciple. I always go to their hotels because you typically get a level of service that is impeccable. On this particular occasion my flight got cancelled because of fog in San Diego. I called the hotel as soon as it was cancelled and said I need to push
