SpringHill Suites by Marriott Salt Lake City Sugar House

The staff were unlike any staff I've ever seen at any hotel I've ever stayed. Very positive and cheerful. The meeting room worked perfectly. Had a projector, sound, and white board. Very good overall experience.

This SpringHill Suites should serve as a model for training all others. It was that good. ||From the positive attitudes of all the staff, the quality of the amenities- including the breakfast, the fitness room, the pool and spa- to the free garage parking, this hotel is top notch! ||Offering a great location, in a large shopping complex, across from a wonderful walking park with a duck pond and walking trail, just 20 minutes from SLC airport- you can’t go wrong here. It’s walkable with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. ||The hotel is clean and comfortable, with just the right touches of quality service. The only thing I took issue with (we had a 4 night stay), was that housekeeping only came once. The pillows could also be better- they were quite lumpy. But overall, this

I usually stay at higher end Marriotts and Residence Inns but this Spring Hills Suites was located close to the people I was visiting. I was surprised at the very high quality shown throughout this facility. The rooms and public areas are extremely well maintained and are spotless. The staff is excpetionally professional. Even the breakfast exceeded all expectations. Some other reviews complain about the eggs, and yes, they are industrial produced omletts or similar presentations, but even then, are quite good. There are waffle makers and a very nice selection of fruits and baked goods. I would highly recommend this facility. |Note: The entrance is just off a strip shopping center, but don't be put off by that. I came here on an emergency basis due to a nationwide computer. Reset and this establishment has been amazing. Since the moment I walked in the door, literally walking into the door, not knowing it was locked, thinking that it would open. I have been treated with the utmost respect by every staff member, the breakfast is amazing. The people are amazing. The establishment is amazing and the area is exquisite.

Positive: The room was more than generous in size and the layout was great to share a room for our family. Loved the set up of the desk and pull out sofa, 2 beds, large walk-in closet and bathroom. Negative: ""
