Customer Reviews
This property (e.g., the lobby seating) and the rooms are showing their age — a refresh is badly needed. That being said, my room was clean and the front desk service was very kind. But, overall, everything is kind of dark — not much natural lighting to brighten the stay.
Great stay at the Springhill Suites by Marriott in Salt Lake City. The room was spacious and the bed had multiple different kinds of pillows and I was able to find the perfect one for a great nights sleep. The internet was fast and I was able to get all of my work down with no sluggish load time. Good selection of snacks and the breakfast had several options. The gym was what I really liked. Not every hotel has a row machine and they had a Concept 2 for my morning workouts. Clean hotel and customer service was spot on. If you have a vehicle let the front desk know the color, make, and model. Parking is free

Well I had high hope for this new to me Marriott hotel. Check in was smooth, plenty of parking in a dedicated lot. The room and bed were nice, but that's where it ended. The hotel had an unscheduled boiler outage in the evening so no shower, when the water came back on it was disgusting. I went down to breakfast on a Saturday morning and the lights were completely off at 6:00 a.m. While I figured okay they must open at 6:30, I asked and they don't open until 7:00 am which is precisely when I was leaving. So no breakfast benefit. I'm not sure who sleeps in a hotel past 7:00 unless you're staying there another night. This maybe good for families but not the business traveler. Taking this one off my list of places to stay.
After declining housekeeping twice, they still entered my room (I had all my personal and intimates out), The shower didn’t work, and Joyce in management was rude about all of not seeming to care about my invasion of privacy. She offered 5,000 points to fix it. Very disappointed. I’ve been to several Marriott’s that have messed up showers. I’ve never complained because i don’t like to complain… but the invasion of my privacy and the lack of professionalism with which it was handled is very disappointing
