SpringHill Suites by Marriott Newnan

This place has EXCELLENT customer service. Ms. Jaleesia, Joseph, Ashley, Stephen (maintenance), and Ms. Lucy (housekeeping) are all so sweet, warm, and welcoming. I've had to temporarily travel here a lot for my kids, and I always choose this place. When my boys and I are there, Ms. Jaleesia goes out of her way to make sure they are comfortable, loved, and feel welcome. I recommend that management give everyone a nice raise or tip because this time is awesome!

Door was hard to open (metal door that was poorly seated so it felt like you had to break into your room at times). Spacious rooms with mini fridge and microwave. Has pool and 24/7 gym. Breakfast was good continental style.

Positive: The location, cleanliness, quiet and excellent breakfast. Hotel employee is wonderful, every time I encountered her she was so polite at check-in and checkout, or just passing through.The ladies in the breakfast area were awesome, too!! Negative: There was nothing I did not like.

We stayed for one night on a road trip. The room was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. However, the bathroom skeeved me out. There was old grime in the bath/shower area. Also, very few staff were out in the lobby area at the time we checked in and out, leading the front desk unattended for minutes at a time. We just put our room key on the desk, hoping someone would take it later. Complimentary breakfast was pretty good. Overall, it was an okay stay, nothing special. I’d probably find another hotel if I were in the area again.

Kind and respectful reception. Rooms were very clean. Facility was quiet and breakfast was great. Would refer my family and will stay again when in the area.
